Fish Roller Grader

A fish roller grader is a device that automatically classifies fish based on their thickness or size. It is primarily used to increase work efficiency by quickly and precisely sorting large quantities of fish catches.
Rotating Roller System: fish are passed between two rollers that rotate facing each other. Gradual Widening of Gap: the gap between the rollers is designed to widen gradually from the inlet to the outlet. As the fish move, they fall down and are sorted when they reach a gap wider than their own thickness. Multi-Stage Sorting: the dropped fish are sorted by size (usually 4 to 7 grades) via a conveyor or discharge port at the bottom.
